Functional Movement Training (FMT) is all about using the body in different directions, movement patterns and techniques to challenge balance, strength and endurance. This is a world away from the traditional notion of going to the gym and doing isolated exercises with specific machines.

This programme is all about building functional strength, endurance and agility – all essential components for a strong, balanced and active retiree. Work hard and you will notice the benefit almost immediately!
